How to use

• Use a medium-fine grind and a ratio of around 1:15–1:16 (for example, 30 g of coffee to 450–480 g of water).
• Rinse the filter with hot water to warm the jug and remove any paper taste; discard the rinse water.
• Pour water at 92–96 °C. Do a bloom of 30–40 s (≈2× the weight of the coffee) and continue with controlled spiral pours.
• Keep the coffee bed level and avoid stirring too much; total extraction time: 2:30–3:00 min depending on the roast.
• Remove the cone, put the lid on and serve straight from the jug.
