Each lot is carefully selected and processed with gentle methods (such as Swiss Water or Sugar Cane, depending on origin) to keep the coffee's character intact.

In this category you'll find coffees with chocolatey, fruity or hazelnut notes, depending on the origin and the bean's profile. They're perfect for both espresso and filter methods, thanks to their balanced roast and excellent body.

Spotting our decafs is easy: they come in the blue bag, a sign of a caffeine-free experience with plenty of personality. All of them are freshly roasted at our roastery and packed with a one-way valve to preserve freshness and aromas.
